Unfortunately, due to the lack of a stage, the group had to move to Sulhamstead Village Hall shortly after, and has remained there ever since.

The first play at Sulhamstead was "Taxplayers Waltz".

Over the years, we have won numerous awards at the Maidenhead Festival as well as at the Shinfield, New Forest and Wallingford Festivals.

At our maximum, we have produced up to three plays a year, mainly comedies, although later, Pantos as well!!.

We have had up to 40 members in our cast, however, at the moment, we have a smaller cast due to people moving on to bigger and better things!! Several of our team have moved on to Drama School, professional acting, as well as other things....but whatever happens in their lives...they ALWAYS continue to take an active interest in, and carry on supporting the Burghfield & Sulhamstead Players!!!.
